| SEMINAR November 15, 2008 Yes, we have a seminar scheduled, and it covers a topic near and dear to any of us who has had the misfortune of breaking an engine stud. No, don’t just grab an electric drill and try centering it in the stud by hand. The typical result of this is even more damage. Picture what often happens -- the drill bit veers off center cutting into the threads; even worse, you break it off, firmly implanting it in your unfinished hole. Sound familiar? Would you like to see how it’s done? George Sage will demonstrate the correct way to remove broken studs Saturday November 15, 2008. Join us at his shop east of Redmond off the Redmond/Fall City highway to see him demonstrate his technique. As before, the seminar begins at 10:00AM sharp. We offer a special invitation to our newer members who have not yet attended our seminars. They are informal and a great way to get to know other members. We have coffee and donuts, and lots of friendly talk. Please join us. |
